Our smart fridges and vending machines offer food and drinks selected for their location and storage configuration. Depending on the site, the range can include:

• Bakery items, sandwiches and selected wraps.
• Packaged snacks, desserts and refreshments.
• Bottled or canned drinks, juices and other compatible beverages.
• Salads and ready-to-eat meals where offered and supported by the replenishment plan.

We plan food ranges, smart-fridge deployment and replenishment for offices, factories, hotels, hospitals and campuses. Programmes can include employee-paid purchases or agreed employer-funded allowances and subsidies.

Hardware, installation, branding, management and funding arrangements are scoped for the site. Corporate service fees are quotation-based and confirmed in the accepted proposal or signed service agreement.

Sample & Score connects free consumer sampling with verified participation and campaign insights. Consumers do not pay to redeem an eligible sample or give feedback, and no consumer payment mandate is required for that participation.

Campaign placement, hardware, branding and reporting are quoted to the brand or corporate client. Custom automated retail and white-label smart-fridge services are also scoped and priced by project. Any separately sold retail products follow the paid purchase journey and displayed prices.

Items available for purchase and their prices in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) are displayed on the fridge tray labels or LED screen, depending on the machine configuration. Product selection, price and availability may vary by location and replenishment cycle. If a price is missing or unclear, contact us before purchasing.

Supported e-wallets, payment cards and agreed corporate allowance arrangements depend on the machine and programme. Available methods are shown at the machine or in its customer payment journey. Payments are processed through the applicable payment service provider.

Where enabled, the applicable payment service provider obtains your authorisation for the selected payment method before a paid smart-fridge session. Once the door closes and the products taken are confirmed, the authorised method is charged for that basket. An active authorisation can support later eligible purchases without repeating the initial setup, subject to provider checks. This purchase-based arrangement is separate from a fixed subscription and from free Sample & Score participation.
