Juz Vending Sdn Bhd
Security Policy
Last updated:
This Security Policy explains how to use Juz Vending's website, smart-fridge access and payment journeys safely, and how to report a security concern. It should be read with our Privacy Policy and Payment Terms.
1. Website & Information Security
Our website uses HTTPS to encrypt information in transit. Enquiry and newsletter submissions are checked on the server for required fields, input format, size and consent, with checks intended to reject cross-site submissions. Records are handled through server-side services; this website has no public endpoint for browsing enquiry or subscriber records.
These safeguards reduce risk but do not guarantee that every security incident can be prevented. Personal-data purposes, sharing and retention are described in our Privacy Policy.
2. Payment Authorisation & Credentials
Payment methods and providers depend on the machine and programme. Authorisation for an eligible purchase flow is handled through the applicable payment service provider. Payment credentials and approval steps should be completed only in the applicable official payment journey.
Our enquiry and newsletter forms do not request card numbers, CVVs, e-wallet PINs, passwords or payment OTPs. Do not send these through our contact form, email or WhatsApp. A verification code may be required within an official registration or payment journey; enter it only in that journey and do not forward it to another person.
Merely visiting our website, submitting an enquiry or subscribing to a newsletter does not authorise a payment. Read the provider, merchant, authorisation scope and amount information shown before approving a payment arrangement.
3. Safe Smart-Fridge Purchases
- Check that the fridge, QR code and customer journey identify the expected merchant. Report a damaged or suspicious QR label.
- Check the item and RM price on the fridge tray label or LED screen before taking a product.
- Keep your access card, phone and account credentials secure. Close the fridge door fully after choosing your products.
- Review the confirmed transaction information available through the payment journey or provider. Report an incorrect basket or charge promptly.
On supported purchase deployments, the configured product-detection system confirms the basket after the door closes. A detection or billing concern can be reviewed through our refund and dispute process.
4. Free Sample & Score Participation
Sample & Score does not require a consumer payment or payment mandate to redeem an eligible sample or give feedback. Contact verification is used for campaign participation. If a journey claiming to be a free Sample & Score redemption unexpectedly asks you to authorise a purchase payment, stop and contact us to verify it.
5. Report a Security Concern
Email cs@juzvending.my with the subject "Security concern". Include the relevant website address or fridge location, date, transaction reference if available and a short description. Redact sensitive information from screenshots.
If you suspect misuse of a card or e-wallet, contact that provider promptly using its official app or support channel to protect the account. We can assist with our transaction records and the relevant provider process. For revoking an authorisation, see payment-authorisation cancellation.
